Click on the "File a claim" button in your Coya account and tell our chatbot, Quipu, what happened. Then relax; we'll take care of everything else.
File a claim

File a claim – it’s that easy!

1. Click on “File a claim”

After logging into your Coya account, click on the "File a claim" button located on the Claims page.

2. Tell our chatbot, Quipu, what happened

Quipu will ask you a few questions. She’ll also ask for documentation so if you have proof photos or invoices, please have them ready digitally. The more information you give Quipu, the faster we can process your case.

3. And it is already done!

Quipu will then send your answers to our claims department, who will take care of everything else. You will also receive a confirmation email. Now, your case will be processed and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Simply click on FILE A CLAIM in your dashboard and we will guide you through the process in just a few steps. If you prefer to send us an email or call our Care Team, don't hesitate.

BAFIN

If you write to the BaFin (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority), they examine your case and makes a statement, but cannot make a binding decision. You can submit complaints by email, fax or mail. Besides that, the BaFin provides an online form.
